Bogotá meet up 2024

This August 2024 a group of about 18 adult adoptees and about 5 of their partners were able to come to Colombia to explore Bogotá and la laguna de Guatavita in community. For some it was there first trip back since their adoption and others had visited before. It was a magical space to rediscover our culture and identity with other adoptees. We hope to coordinate an annual meet up each year to provide an opportunity for adult adoptees to return without worrying about language barriers, coordinating activities, or how to navigate the city.
