A picture in plaza bolivar is always a must where so much past and current history occur. There are some people from group that didn't make it into the picture. 

One of the traditional games of Colombian is Tejo that is played a lot in the countryside of campos of Colombia. We also played the game bolirana which is a Colombian favorite :)

After a slippery hike through the desierto of Chechua about 1.5 hours from bogotá.. the sun came and we conquered any fear we may have had along the way!

This interesting salt mine is about 30 mins from the more touristy Salt Catedral in Zipaquira and shares the history between the salt trade and the Muiscas. This reflection pool was magical with our hard hats on! 

It was a little cloudy and rainy but we made it and the altitude did not affect us much :)

Before the official meet up began, some from our group took the first step to apply for their first cedula! it was a successful day :)
