Spanish classes
I would highly recommend Marisol and her wonderful team of professional Spanish teachers at www.spanishalacolombiana.com It is never too late to start or restart whichever level you are at.
Our first language (after colonization) is one part of who we are and learning it can be a way to reclaim that part of our identity. I have met Marisol in person who is patient, kind, and understands the complexities of adoptees as we learn our native lanauge. She has experience and has been teaching adult adoptees for more than a year now.

ACÁ is a project that I have been a part of since the Pandemic and it has recently become a 501 c 3 as well! As a co-founder I am excited to continue supporting this organization to foster unity among Colombian Adoptees all over the world :) Take a look at the website here !
Another great adoptee led group with whom healing puentes collaborates with is ASA with Maria and Megan! If you are looking for community with other adoptees near you reach out to them or myself and we can get you connected.
This adoptee led organization also has very useful resources and offers small grants for adoptee well-being :) Joy is a Korean adoptee and co -founder with whom I have been able to meet and collaborate with :)
